Return Policy

By placing an order through the Woodlandpups website, you agree to the following terms. We have developed these policies to ensure that you fully understand our refund and return methods and procedures. These policies apply to the United States of America, the country of origin.

1. Free cancellation within 24 hours after placing an order, a full refund.

2. After 24 hours, a processing fee of 10% of the order price will be charged because the dog house is currently in production. This fee is required due to the large size and handmade nature of the product, resulting in higher labor costs and non-refundable payment gateway fees. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you consider carefully before placing an order.

3. After the order has been shipped, if you want to cancel the order after shipment, we will charge the round-trip shipping fee (each product has a different weight, and the shipping fee is also different, the specific fee is paid according to the actual return shipping fee) and 20% of the product price as a cancellation fee.

4. After receiving the goods, if you no longer want them or accidentally bought the wrong goods, you need to return the goods and bear the round-trip shipping costs (each product has a different weight and different shipping costs, the specific cost is subject to the actual return shipping cost) and charge 20% of the price of the goods you purchased as a return fee.

5. Please check the order when you receive the goods. If you find that the product is defective or damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 24 hours so that we can evaluate the problem and correct it. If you find that the product is defective or missing accessories, please contact us within 24 hours and we will replace or reissue it for you free of charge. If it exceeds 24 hours, it will be deemed that the product damage is caused by you and we will charge you 20% of the purchase price of the product.

Note: We will not accept returned goods without prior return application or if the return application is not approved. Otherwise, the loss caused by this will be borne by you.

Return period and return conditions
Our return period is 30 natural days, that is, you have 30 natural days from the date you receive the goods to apply for a return. Your product must be in the same condition as when you received it, must not be damaged or unused, must be labeled, and in the original packaging. You will also need to provide the order number.

Return Request
Customers are required to provide 5-10 clear pictures or videos of the product. Requirement: Every place containing the product. We will check the product for damage based on these judgments. We need to inspect the goods after receiving them, which may take 1-3 calendar days. After confirmation, we will refund your original payment method. The specific time you receive the refund is determined by the payment company you use, generally 7-14 business days.

The following products are not eligible for return:
- The product was purchased during a clearance sale and inventory promotion.

- The product has been used or modified in any way.

- The product is damaged and can no longer be resold.

- Products purchased in bulk.

Please do not return items to the website address without authorization. If you need to return the product, please contact us and we will provide you with the address that is most convenient for customers.

Warranty Information
Woodlandpups provides a one-year limited warranty on our dog houses. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase.

Damage that is obvious when you receive the product is not covered by the warranty. If there is any obvious damage, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we will provide a free replacement. However, if you fail to contact us within 24 hours, we will charge a 20% handling fee and shipping costs (according to the bill of the logistics company). If

Any problems occur during the use of the product, we will replace the defective part for you free of charge. This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is not transferable.

Please note that the warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, abuse or normal wear and tear.
