We are committed to providing efficient and safe logistics services to every customer to ensure that the dog house is delivered to you in time. The following is our shipping policy:

1. Shipping scope:
Please confirm that your address is within our delivery range before placing an order. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact customer service.

2. Shipping time:
Order processing time: We will process and ship within 1-3 working days.
Production time: Usually 15-20 working days (depending on the region).
Delivery time: Usually 15-25 working days, which may vary depending on the destination and customs clearance.

4. Order tracking:
After shipment, we will provide your logistics tracking number via email or SMS, and you can check the order status at any time.
If you encounter any problems during transportation, please contact the logistics company or our customer service team.
5. Special circumstances:
If the package is returned due to an incorrect address or no one to sign for it, the buyer shall bear the shipping cost for re-shipping.
In case of force majeure (such as bad weather, natural disasters, etc.), the delivery time may be delayed, please understand.
6. Packaging Guarantee:
We use strong packaging materials to ensure that the dog house is intact during transportation.
If you find that the packaging is damaged or the goods are missing when you receive the goods, please take photos and contact us immediately, and we will assist you to solve the problem.
7. Shipping Notice:
1) For successful delivery, we recommend that you leave a correct email and mobile phone number during the checkout process.

2) No compensation will be given for unsuccessful delivery due to a blank moving column.

3) If you choose express delivery, PO boxes or BFPOs are not accepted. Your address should be detailed enough to even include the apartment or unit number. Woodlandpups will not bear non-delivery or additional shipping costs caused by personal reasons.

4) Your order can only be tracked in detail after it arrives at the facilities in your country. After arriving in your country, please wait 5-7 days for the package to be delivered to you.
