The house is constructed of wood and has been painted, sealed, trimmed and enclosed as best as possible to protect the house from the elements and your pet. Wear and tear is dependent on the house outdoor environment, sun, rain, moisture, exposure and of course, the size and personality of your pet. Woodlandpups disclaims all liability related to the house and your pet including, all warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose and damages caused by the pet. Pet owner is responsible for monitoring and supervising the behavior of your pet in and around the house. Any modification to the house itself is not recommended.
